INITIATIVES
Together with people in our neighborhoods, we organize projects and actions around healthy food and community-building.
DEPOTS
We organize spaces where local and rescued food can be distributed. This includes working directly with nearby community supported agriculture projects (CSAs) and foodsharing initiatives.
KITCHENS
We are fostering a culture around cooking and eating together, by organizing regular neighborhood cooking events called ‘Küfas’ (Kitchens for All). Besides bringing fresh foods and vegetables to the table, we offer workshops around topics like food preservation.
MEETING POINTS
Our activities are inclusive and open to everyone. Be it through the depots, in the kitchen, in workshops or elsewhere, we are creating opportunities for community engagement and interaction
ACTIONS
From building raised beds and mobile kitchens to farm visits, we take action for social and ecological transformation of the food system in our neighborhoods.
A NETWORK IN BERLIN!
All LMP initiatives are part of our network. We exchange ideas, share resources and develop LebensMittelPunkte together as a joint project, in all Berlin districts.
