Our LMP is located in the ‘cultural laboratory’ KulturLabor Trial & Error – a neighborhood space, non-profit association and intercultural collective working on the topics of upcycling and zero-waste.

We are a group inside the Trial & Error team working alongside committed neighbors. Our vision is to create a decentralized space for a more sustainable, conscious culture through community cooking and knowledge exchange. This project is empowering, inclusive and solidarity-focused!

DEPOT:
– Solawi: Gemüse Syndikat (Wednesday)
– Lebensmittelretten: foodsharing Fairteilung (jeden Dienstag 20 -21 Uhr & jeden Donnerstag 18 -19 Uhr)

KITCHEN:
– Küfa: Soli Brunch for Ukraine (one Saturday a month, cooking: Friday, 4 – 8 p.m., eating: Saturday, 12 – 3 p.m.) – Open to Everyone!

ACTIONS:
– Workshops on various topics (e.g. zero waste in the kitchen, chutneys)
– Cooking in other places like at the soup festival
– Cooking Jazz in cooperation with Torhaus Kochkollektiv (annual)
