LMP-Initiative TORHAUS KOCHKOLLEKTIV

We, the Torhaus Cooking Collective, are an international group with a shared passion for cooking. We collaborate with a lot of other local projects, and even have a food bike that we can use for outdoor events. When the Torhaus is finished being renovated (soon!), we will have our own proper kitchen. We cook mainly with rescued, vegan and organic ingredients.

As an LMP, we are actively and locally striving for food systems change. To achieve this, we believe in the power food has to bring people together and share knowledge with each other.

DEPOT:
– Solawi: SpeiseGut (paused until the Torhaus is done being renovated)

KITCHEN:
– Küfa: Traveling Küfa (every last weekend of the month, changing locations)

ACTIONS:
– Cooking Jazz in cooperation with Kulturlabor Trial&Error (yearly)
