The Domäne Dahlem is an organic farm, museum and LebensMittelPunkt. A Küfa – “Kitchen for Al” – takes place here on a regular basis. We cook vegetarian meals with rescued food, and supplement it with the farm’s own organic products.

As a LebensMittelPunkt we want to bring people of different generations to one table. We try out, share experiences and thus preserve traditional knowledge and cultural techniques around the preparation and preservation of food. A neighborhood garden is also planned on the site. In short: a place of exchange, encounter and enjoyment!l
